Design A Feature Graphic for An Android App

I am looking for a graphic designer to help me design the feature graphic for my mobile application. The following are the requirements: 1. Size: 1024 x 500 pixels, 300 dpi. 2. Because I have already completed the Graphical User Interface (GUI) design, the feature graphic has to match the style of the GUI. 3. I use the cartoon drawings from another artist in the GUI (e.g. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]). The feature graphic has to incorporate one or two of these cartoons.
