i am looking for a freelancer to design/develop a very simple user friendly website.

The site is a kind of discussion forum E Diary and it will have different categories of users and each user will be able to post his/her comments in that particular category.

(1)User Registration with Mandatory fields like Name and E [login to view URL] activation after e mail confirmation by user.

(2)Add/Edit/Remove functions for user profile

(3)User gets notified if a comment is posted in response to his post.

(4)The Users will have flexibility to post comments in any category from the list but it will appear on his profile.

(5)Like/Dislike and "Star" rating to comments

(6)Comments older than 2 weeks get Archived in each category.

(7)"Search Field" for users to browse a particular category and registered user.

(8)The admin team will be able to view any conversation through higher admin rights, any fraudulent activity should be blocked out.

(9)Connectivity with other social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook

(10)Advertising banners, scrolling banner
