The freelancer should be familiar with the use of the Fortran pre-processor (to deal with the #ifdef and similar statements) and use the instructions to identify appropriate pre-processor definitions to use.
It is very hard to port the graphics libraries (such as diglib) to windows as the DYNA3D source code are written for Unix.
