Hy! I'm working us a video editor at a tv station and i use a lot Photoshopt Premiere and AfterEffects! I think the problem is in the way your avi files are encapsulated. Before we try deleting the CACHE please send me the files and let me try them in my pc! I use premiere CC but i also have CS6. And at work i had the same problem when i was using CS5. Hi there I'm online now & can do this for you immediately. if you upload the file to dropbox/google drive etc. I can manually change the format & re-upload it for you in a file that will work across all media so you won't have this problem again when you go to open it. (which could well happen as a AVI file will be turned online for the time that you use it & adobe could simply keep going offline & leaving you with this problem over & over) please feel free to message me Hannah

I'm very sorry to hear about your issues.. I've had the same issue before and I resolved it after doing a lot of research. I've read how to fix many of these issues, in fact the Premiere project file is written in XML which is a web language, which I'm knowledgable with too. i can fix this problem whenever you want please let me know when you want me to fix this. i have many video editing and i know why this problem occurs . i can defiantly fix this problem

Hey there. Please check user folder/file permission, or create new user account for you system and start again. That's all. Regards, Adam Opis zlecenia: Budget is $20 for someone to log in remotely and fix 2 adobe premiere files, I am getting an error message "UNSUPPORTED FORMAT OR DAMAGED FILE" however it an AVI file. The AVI file does work on other computers so we know it is not the file. I hear the CACHE may need to be cleared. anyway some minor changes that can be done via TEAM VIEW.

Hello, I believe the problem is the codec of the file, not the cache. I have experiences working as a Post-production supervisor, where you deal with this kind of problems all the time. Greetings, Miha
