artwork / webpage design

I have a website that sells womens golf gloves and hats. Attached is a pic of current page of website. I need to add some flash & sounds and make the cart move across the screen and come to a stop. Attached is a sample swf.

Also attached is a [login to view URL] which is the kind of artwork I want to copy. I need the girls in the golfcart to look more like the artwork in the poster and also have a few girls standing on the golf course as the golf cart goes by.

Also will need a few more girls for a products page. It will just have a few girls standing around a golf flag and then I will add pictures of the products for sale.

The current site is now just made with static images and I want to add some music and flash to make it more exciting and grab peoples attention.
