I need a website created that will be the hub for a new online small business. The site will be small (only a few pages) but will need to accept PayPal or credit card info easily (I'd be fine with using a PayPal portal or Google Checkout), and allow for the fast uploading of files. I would like the site to be funky and hip: target market 20-30 year olds. Graphic designer to make it look cool and a logo to match the concept (which will be described in more depth to the winner.) Vector graphics preferred. Perhaps a fast loading animation to capture interest. I will need to see examples of graphic design work and website examples, please.
