Charity Website - Assignment!!! Urgent!!!

Okay this is the serious note: I have been ripped off to many times before, so i will not pay anyone untill the work has been sent to me in full, and i will nto pay using paypal once the project is complete send me the all work (word documents, images, flash files, photoshop files) and only then will i pay you the full amout via this site using a credit card, your commincation must be perfect or the project will be cancelled and awarded to some one else: the project is to create a simple flash site not fully functional for a given topic, Please see the attached brief!!! deadline is sunday 18th may (9am UK time only NOT USA or INDIAN) you must communicate with me on msn 24/7 otherwise do not bother with trying to bid for the project. good luck
