I need a ribbon graphic that is animated to either untie or be cut. I would like to be able to either change the colors of the ribbons as needed or have the designer create three ribbons in each of the following colors blue, red and purple. I am not sure if this is animation or flash.
The graphic is going to be used in a PPT slide as well as a logo on the website page used to describe the event.
i am not really sure what size I need - I would like it to be a gif or jpeg if that is possible with an animated graphic.
