Add button; Change ActionScript on flash videos

We need a price and time estimate for the following Video 'A' is in 5 languages. Video 'B' is also in 5 languages. Thus, there are 10 videos that need to be edited. Here's what the videos do. A user clicks a button, and then the ActionScript loads text from an XML file and displays that text in the main area of the video. We want to add 2 additional buttons to the side of each video (thus giving the user more options). The ActionScript will also need to be modified to pull the new text from the XML file when these 2 buttons are pressed.
