I would like to suggest you an application which allows you to manage databases in a spreadsheet with a strong search engine. The application uploads databases from Excel, Access or CVS files, into a master file and shows you the transactions on user form (screen layout) with a possibility to review and correct them on the spot. During the process, Excel validates the information prepares reports based on needed parameters and criteria. There is a report generator which enables to develop templates independently. And more, the files are secured by username login and password.
