I was born in Egypt and studied Linguistics ( German & English ) in Al Alsun Faculty ( Faculty of Languages ) at Ain Shams University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree.
My background includes serving as a customer service representative within both call-center and retail environments. Most recently, I worked on the customer service desk for Vodafone Germany- Location Egypt-, where my responsibilities included handling customer requests, 8 Months as a go-to person for supporting colleagues, own and manage the customer relationship by resolving E- Mails, chats and calls efficiently and effectively in both German and English.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during an ITI course covering: Business Phone etiquette, E- Mail writing skills, Computer skills (MS-Office, Internet browsing, keyboard skills).
