Data scrape live football scores to excel spreadsheet

I want a way to scrape live football scores from [login to view URL] in to an excel spreadsheet, therefore the Excel spreadsheet in effect becomes a live football score centre. I need the this to be running on a local copy of Excel running locally on my computer, this is critical. I want it to scrape: The current live score The current time in the game The half time score Any yellow cards Any red cards I need the score to automatically update every 30 - 60 seconds, this time interval I should be able to set via a field on the spreadsheet.
