I have data in xml format in the following format and would like it in Excel:

<name>My Company Name</name>

Statement of work:
1. I will deliver the xml file
2. Analyze the xml file and figure out how the fields are structured
3. Import the data into excel using technique of your choosing
4. Each field must be one column in excel
5. Each "Placemark" must be one row in excel
6. Deliverable: Excel sheet with imported data
Note that this is a native google earth format. (kml)
Please pay attention to the format in the description. It requires some parsing of the ascii data because there are not clean XML tags in all of the fields. Please consider this when bidding.
