I developed a small tool to help people play and learn cards games for free. Currently this has been done under excel, using excel formulae and macros. I'd like to convert this into a .exe application in order to make it run faster. I know it's possible to easily do so using Visual Studio for example (converting VBA to VB thanks to the functions libraries), but I don't have time to spend on this. Please, read the attached file for more details. In order to apply, please let me know : 1. some information about the coding language you would use and the techniques which would be involved 2. an estimation of your delivery delay 3. your price for this mission 4. your price in case of update 5. any examples of softwares you have already developed would be welcome to evaluate your skills
