Analyze Data - finding conclusions

As part of research for product development on a sensitive project, our project team has come up with 8 questions that our platform will need to answer from the analyzation of data in it's MVP. The questions are related to the Intelligence Community and questions that an analyst may ask attempting to solve an issue present in a case. We are tasking you with finding the types of specific data (i.e. phone records, financial records) that would need to be used in order to be able to reach conclusions on the given questions.... and then get even more specific - for example: (i) time stamped web logs (ii) URL categories (iii) what devices were used to access the sites (iv) domain tool information - all just to find the timing in which someone may have accessed a webpage. These types of data should also include descriptions as to what form they come in (i.e. static files, databases, urls, etc) and should be centralized to the modern and accurate depictions of the ways US intelligence agencies collect data in this day of age. The questions and overview will be provided in a document (pdf) once the project is assigned. This should take no longer then 1/2 - a full day.... budget is $80 max. Thanks!
