We have a Sales Budget Spreadsheet where we show our Sales People and their projected budgets for the next 12 months. The Sheet is split into Budget / Adjustments / / Anomalies / Daily Averages We require macros created so a salesman can be picked and all non relating rows are hidden. We would also like a chart displayed plotting month on month from the projections. Also we would like it to do the same for Branches. All salespeople are assigned to a branch, so when a branch is chosen, only those salespeople will be shown and a chart is also displayed. It needs to be able to search for values as apposed to hard wired to rows as the Salesman may be added or removed and salesman may change branches and we dont want to have to re-write the code to accommodate this. I have attached and example of what the current budget sheet looks like. You need to be able to work over RDP. We have an RDP user with Excel, Access, Teamviewer and all other tools you will need to work with, you just need a stable internet connection to dial in on.

I'm on Israeli time, and do not work on Fridays and Saturdays, but do on Sunday. I'll make you a small form that has a dropdown where you choose the branch or the salesman. Accordingly you'll see only that salesman's or branch's records. In addition you can create a chart in a new sheet, or if there's room on the open sheet. This you will decide when giving me the job. The form will be shown by a button that's on the sheet in the corner. Or (for some extra pay) in the ribbon. I'm assuming Excel 2010, but can work for 2003 and up. I can finish this in two or three hours.

Hello, I'm experienced business analyst for the worlds 3rd largest wholesale company, so this kind of Excel task is my daily work. I need to just check with you few things: 1- do you use new version of Excel or not? 2- will you be using this macro on MacBook or just on Win computers? (writing code for Mac is little different) 3- Data for this Excel is manually entered or is it from some kind of data source? 4- Did you consider to change design of worksheet? I think that it can be a huge step forward, if we change it a bit. I need all this info in order to estimate scope of work needed. Hope to here from you, BR, Dusan

Hi, I have 12+ years in programming and can do this Job. Working RD.. not a problem. Since you have already mentioned that this is a macro, I presume we gonna work only on VBA and Excel. By the way I have few questions. 1) Can you explain a little more on your statement. "We would also like a chart displayed plotting month on month from the projections." 2) What is could not see in the spread sheet is the relation between the branches and salesmen. These two tables seems to be mutually exclusive. Will be happy a demo by you on the outcome you want to see by manually showing it to me ONCE through RDP. So that we are sure on our requirements. -Take care
