I need a template(s) made for Excel and/or Access to create a searchable keyword database for meeting minutes. This database needs the fields of Meeting Date, Regular or Special Meeting, Page Number, Keyword, and PDF. Keywords per entry range between 1 and 20 and need the ability to narrow search results with additional words such as using an "and" or "not" command. Results should preferably scroll as keywords are entered showing all keywords associated with dates matching the search. It needs to be expandable to add in additional entries and keywords as new meetings occur. The Meeting Date field should have the ability to link out to an external text file of the meeting housed on the same hard drive. The PDF field should do the same, linking to a scanned image of the original pages.
Time frame for completion of the template(s) is 20-40 days once the project has been accepted. Quality is preferred over speed.
