I cannot understand completely your request: - You are asking for a system to automate the delivery of hay in one or more stables. The system is to be capable of opening the chute according to some schedule and, after some desired time, to close it. So far, this is a job for a PLC. Are you asking for a program of a PLC? - Or are you asking for the design of the chutes that will do the required task? I would tackle it designing a gate to handle the hay. - What do you mean with electrical part of the system? Are you referring to the electric board?
