Data Extraction from Step Response Output of a Quadrotor System (Urgent)

We have a system of Quadrotor. One system uses a PID control system. Another one uses FuzzyPID control system. The step response of each file is already plotted. We now need to extract the data from the .mat files Freelancer must show the different Step Response Characteristics of the plots. Both for PID .mat file and FuzzyPID .mat file Step response Characteristics like rise time, overshoot, settling time, etc. Freelancer must also show instructions on how to extract the data so we also may learn on how to extract the data.
