automatisation acounting webshop

Hy, I've got a website where people can sell a product and other's can buy that product, where i'm the mediator. I want to automate the whole process where the buyer pays to my account in my webshop [login to view URL], then the webshop must be coupled to Exact [login to view URL] the accounting program, the accounting program can/must be coupled to my business account [login to view URL] where i can (i hope) automatically upload XML bulkdata of the sellers, so that i can easely transfer the money to the seller. If that can't be done, then we can make it a saperate process where only the exact accounting program is coupled with my webshop multisafepay, and that my business bankaccount is coupled to the database of my website so that i easely can upload a XML file with the data transactions history of the sellers. The buyer who buy's the product pays throught my webshop, so this money is stored for a day on my account. Because i'm the mediator i will charge a fee, the rest of the money will be transfered to the person who has sold the product throught my website. Now my website has a backend where all the needed data of the buyer and all the needed is known, 1) transaction buyer to my webshop account number.
