Transfer data and insert into DB.
Details:
Amazon Mechanical Turk API needs to be connected to our server and database.
PDF, excel, etc will be received to our server from users, we will transfer this to mechanical turk for human processing (HIT's).
Data (HIT's) coming from the mechanical turk API will need to be inserted into our DB on each corresponding user, there are around 6 Fields that needs to be inserted, each corresponding to our separate users in the DB.

Ruby, PHP, and C+ preferred for scripts
Amazon Mechanical Turk API
DB in MS SQL
Windows Server 2008 R2 Web edition (64 bit)
Experience in Amazon Mechanical Turk API a MUST.
