Digitial Scales with SMS transmission

Would like the design, Programming and prototype of a small battery operated digital scale which has the ability to switch on at a predefined time (once a day) and SMS the weight (Max 5kg) on the device, aswell as a unique ID identifying the device. It does not have to be terribly accurate, within 10grams is acceptable, and will be water resistant, the aim is long battery life. It will be no larger than 200mm x 100mm x (height smallest possible) preferably 15-20mm. It Must be able to be programmed to send to different destination phone numbers, it must also work on all countries SMS standards. There must be a security feature to stop the user from changing the destination phone number. Case must be durable, preferably plastic. MUST estimate final product wholesale cost as part of the bid, as this will also be a determine factor to its production and this project. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
