Delphi: String analyzer

Using Borland Delphi, design and implement a function of following prototype: function getMostProbableFilename(Input : TStringList) : String; Where the Input is a TStringList containing 1..x amount of data, and the output of the function is the line of the input list that most looks like a filename. For example, should the input be: c:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\[login to view URL] c:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\[login to view URL] c:\WINDOWS\Downloaded c:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program c:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\desktop The output of the function should be line number 1, i.e. "c:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\[login to view URL]" Do notice that you cannot test whether the files/directories of the input list actually exist or not as they may not be existing file names. I have attached a zip file containing some sample data (about 1000 inputs & outputs). I require the final work to achieve an efficency of at least 90%. In other words, when I generate a new set of inputs, the function must be able to pick the correct output of them in at least 90% of cases. If your solution fails to do so, you can try to improve your solution until the time runs out. When the job is completed, I will pay your bid per your function's performance. I.e., if your function achieves a full 90% performance (or better) I shall accept the work as 100% completed, if you only get 60% performance, I shall pay you 60% of your bid, and so on.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
