o Conduct research in order to gather information about survey topics
o Moderate focus groups to gather information when necessary
o Consult with clients in order to identify survey needs and any specific requirements
o Produce documentation of the questionnaire development process, data collection methods, sampling designs, and decisions related to sample statistical weighting
o Design market surveys
o Manage the distribution of the surveys
o Analyze and interpret the data collected from the surveys to identify patterns and solutions
o Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results
o Keep Records of surveys and its results
o Analyze records of old surveys, and/or case studies, using statistical software programs
o Support, plan, and coordinate operations for single or multiple surveys
o Direct updates and changes in survey implementation and methods
o Monitor and evaluate survey progress and performance, using sample disposition reports and response rate calculations
