Database

We operate a warranty business. We need a database created that we will be able to enter a customers name, address, warranty number, expiry, etc, and have that information accessable by our staff. The information would need to be secured once entered, and the staff viewing it would not be able to modify the entry once entered without a password. The staff would however be able to add additional notes to a "comment field". We would also require that the database send an internal email telling us when a customers warranty has expired. Also, customers must be able to sign-up on our website by filling out a form on the website, and when they click "enter" their information is automatically up-loaded to our database, pending payment. The database must be easily modified by us, as well as being easy to operate and fast, and must have automatic back-ups that run. We would also prefer to have the database up-loaded to our server by you.
