Data Entry / Fill Content Management System - Repost - open to bidding

I have about 450 posts (which are recipes) in a content management system (craftcms). All the content is in the post (I have migrated to craftcms from wordpress) but the text needs copying into the correct fields within that post. You would be copying text from a free text field (original field) into table fields on the same screen. I estimate it would take about 1-2 minutes per recipe. You also need to tag and classify the post as per the tags and categories listed within each entry. I will make a video showing you how to successfully perform the data entry for a single post and explain more in the video. Please send bids for this project.
