Data Entry / Convert from PDF to Excel

I have 680 contacts in PDF file that needs to be converted into Excel spreadsheet. There are only 6 fields to convert, you can type in Excel, or use software conversion tools to transfer the data, but accuracy is very important. The PDF contact list are organized alphabetically by Company name, in 2 columns and 8 rows of records per page. I need to have the contact list converted to Excel 6 columns and 680 rows. The Excel columns are: Company Name, URL, First Name, Last Name, Title and email address.
