Copy Text and Images from PDF Document into HTML Page

I need text and images from the attached PDF copied over to an HTML page on a WordPress site: only sections 1 through 8 need to be copied. Formatting via HTML css or style tags needs to resemble the original document. I would like someone to copy and paste text without using automated software, so the HTML document doesn't contain extra HTML code that is not needed. PDF document text is formatted into two columns and broken down into pages, and, the HTML document will need to be formatted into one continuously-flowing column. All images need to be extracted from the PDF file and uploaded to the WordPress site. You will most likely need an Adobe Acrobat Pro to do so.
