Each business must have AT LEAST the full name of the /CFO/COO/VP of IT/ Dir of IT/ Owner/ OFFICE ADDRESS and a working email for that person. However, the more information the better (e.g. mailing address, phone number, etc.)
Information MUST BE CURRENT.
The work will be verified before the funds are released.
