Implementing 3 Machine Learning algorithms within Weka to predict accurate traffic results.

I have done MS Software Engineering. I had a course on DATA ENGINEERING, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. I know all data mining techniques (Predication & Classification) and data analysis techniques. I have worked on K-mean, ID3, Bayesian theorem, confusion matrix, Hungarian algo and so on .My research was on Rough Set Theory. Hello! I find your work interesting, and would like to apply for it. Here is my proposal. First, I've worked with CART family of algos as well as Naive Bayes ones using R, actually. If you know, R is a very powerful set of tools for machine learning using third party packages all available as OpenSOurce, you know right, no one alone can make the work great, so they open source it. Anyways, I can get you job done in R. Also, I've worked with Weka in Matlab, alone. But, if the platform were not a mandatory I'd prefer R. If you like to be in Weka, we could do that too. What about stuff like Python? So, I've worked with all the 3 you've mentioned, especially K-means that I've been working a lot, and coded from scratch for assignments. I'm interested to work on the data mining on the RAW data. Do you use any outlier detection or just use it? Also,since it is supervised, I'll be expecting the data to be labelled. I do not have access to mTurk for batching people to get the job done. Let me know when you're available for discussion. Else, we could just begin with the 3 ML routines. Hello, I am very interested in working on this project. If you give me more information about it, I can make a more detailed description of the tasks that I will perform for you. From the description that is currently given, I would say that implementing 3 (or even more) algorithms using Weka is not a problem for me at all. I have a huge experience in developing and implementation of machine learning algorithms especially suing Weka and Java. R u trying to predict the impact of accident on traffic flow? or r u trying to predict the possible traffic density on a certain time based on the current flow of traffic ? i mean i have to look into the data. then i can tell you what can be done and what can not be. thanks Sabbir

I have done extensive AI course work during my Masters at UIC, Chicago. Have good hands on with WEKA, Bayesian nets, Machine learning, data messaging, conditioning and classification.
