Started my career working as an IT System Administrator at Credit Libanais Bank and succeeded in implementing a secured and well maintained IT environment by applying the ITIL standards in the major departments. Moving to a Senior Agent Helpdesk role with Teleperformance Sodetel ISP, I’ve managed and optimized DSL, Mobi and Wise services for best practices in line, to end up with Pikasso as a Senior System Administrator an advanced troubleshooter in major IT solutions.
