Create database of call recordings from PC

This project involves accessing a website that contains 450 listings (will be 600+ by project end). Each listing includes a play button that will stream audio to the user's PC, but does not include any way to save the audio. You can see a screenshot of the page at this link: [login to view URL] We want a copy of the audio recording for each listing, with a record that enables us to relate the audio recording to the record. The process will probably go like this (unless you can come up with something more efficient): 1) go to the listing and copy the data in the listing into excel (or word is OK too) 2) hit play (triangle in recording column) 3) record audio with method of your choice (you need to know how to do this) 4) save audio file with unique filename 5) copy filename for that recording in the excel sheet in same row as the listing details. 6) send whole package (excel and files) to us. The audio recordings are about 2.2 minutes each and we estimate the whole job should take about 25 - 30 hours. Don't bid unless you know how to record audio from the web onto a PC. To be accepted for this project you need to sign an NDA and it's better if you've done work for me before. You'll need to send me a sample audio file you've made from the internet and also a few recordings and records from the system to show you understand the directions.
