Cleaning zip code and town in Excel list, via a normalized list of zip code/town

We have a list of 3000 addresses which were inputed with no control on zip code or town. So sometines, we have: - good zip code, good matching and spelling town: 75001 PARIS - bad zip code: 79001 - bad spelling town: PARICE - bad matching: 77001 PARIS We want to clean these addresses before storing our Excel data file into Access. To perform this job, we can provide - a list like: ADDRESS_ID, ZIPCODE, TOWN - and also the normalized list of zip code/town, as a reference. At the end, we expect a list of ADDRESS_ID + ZIPCODE where each ZIPCODE corrects perfectly the initial list: - good zip code, good matching and spelling town: 75001 PARIS >> 75001 - bad zip code: 79001 >> 75001 (because the city PARIS is 75001) - bad spelling town: PARICE >> 75001 (because we don't care about the spelling: we need only right ZipCode) - bad matching: 77001 PARIS >> 75001 (because the city PARIS is 75001) Thanks in advance for your help (nb: please, bid only if you can deliver quickly)
