Building a skill database for recruitment purposes.

We require a comprehensive list/database of data for the purposes for online recruitment(employment) at industry and global standards. The lists should comprehensive and the records we expect should be a large substantial volume of quality data. The lists should be arranged and presented in a very structured manner with in-depth analysis and research having been conducted. The lists we require: -Lists of Known and established Job titles by sector including different ways they can be presented. e.g Audit manager, and auditing manager etc. -List of Skills/Key words related to each sector as well as general employment skills which are commonly used and appear in the world of employment within a Resume or Vacancy. These skills should be arranged in alphabetical order under each sector and for under each sector a skill may be repetitive e.g communication skills is a skill that can be used in all sectors. -List of all acronyms, synonyms, and aliases related to each of those specific skills mentioned above per sector. -The list of skills be to arranged in a parent -child category (master skill-sub skill) and have sub skills related to that skill above. -Each skill should have a unique ID number to represent that skills, same ID will be used for repetitive skills per sector. -List of educational, and professional qualifications and certifications appropriate to industry, sector. -All lists should have appropriate grammar and spelling to industry standards. This is a time critcal project, and quality needs to be assured before any selection process takes place. Most competitive Bid will be selected based on suitable quality and delivery time.
