Create questions for a triva game

I have recently created a cricket trivia game and have over a thousand questions - but I need a lot more and I simply do not have the time to create them. I will give you the topics that I need done (they are all cricket related), examples of previous questions and the format that they must go in. I need the information to be put into either a mysql database or a commonly used spreadsheet (excel is fine, but it needs to be exportable to a mysql database). It usually takes me about 3 minutes for each subject so I would expect about 20 subjects done each hour. At the moment I have about 50 subjects to be done. You MUST have knowledge of the game of cricket in order to understand what you are doing. This job will involve a little bit of thinking.
