Collect mobile telephone tariffs in excel - French/Spanish/Italian/Portuguese speaker only

I am looking for someone to gather publicly available information about a specific kind of mobile telephone tariff, from the phone companies’ websites, and then to put that information into a specific spreadsheet format. I will send you an example of the spreadsheet and a detailed brief describing how to put the information into the format.

You must be fluent in either French or Spanish or Italian or Portuguese (with a basic understanding of the other languages), to bid for this project. You will visit the website of the companies to find the information required for both postpaid/contract and prepaid/pay-as-you-go customers, and then put it in a spreadsheet in the required format.

I want the information for 21 mobile phone companies in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.

If bidding, please demonstrate your fluency in the required languages and English.

This is a sub $100 project so please bid accordingly. I will select bidder based on price and ability to do the job.
