Developing a software program to read 64 bit data sensors and calculate various information with the read data. Sensors to be installed in various spplications with hvac systems on a 2 wire network or wireless. Sensors will monitor hvac systems and whole home performance in relation to energy consumption, hvac system operation and various home systems operation. To eventually be marketed like a home security system to monitor home performance in lieu of home security. Monitoring system software to be either available in cd form or web based to end users or hvac companies to monitor their customers systems. Rising energy costs and improperly built homes and mechanical systems give a need for this type of monitoring system. Possible graphics needed to show equipment being monotored to end users. Sensors to also give alerts when systems have problems.
