Data Dictionary Project

This project will involve the creation of a data dictionary for a small web based charity application as well as updating a Visio diagram to reflect changes in the database tables.

The Visio document is about 80% accurate but we have not started to develop the data dictionary. We are NOT looking for a robust DD but something that shows the tables, fields, values (field length 30) and if there is any validation behind that field.

Anything else that you could suggest would also be welcome.

## Deliverables

1) Completly updated Visio 2000 document based on its current format that illustrates the databases current elements and matches the DATA Dictionary,

2) Design and Develop a DATA Dictionary document that clearly defines the contents of the Paxxel database in field level detail;

Business Rules should also be define in this document such as field level validation and any dependencies such as one field relies on another before the user can proceed.
