Assistant required for Wedding Magazine

Words Write Now is looking for an honest, friendly and tactful assistant with impeccable English. The job involves assisting our editor with maintaining the Little Wed Hen website, along with any related work for the writing studio. The position will initially be a part-time position of 10 hours a week, with the view to being a full-time position should the relationship work out. We need you to be prompt and responsive during your working hours as we work quickly and may need you to respond to urgent issues. Our preference is to use Skype or Google Chat. ## Deliverables We will be looking for the following qualities: - Be able to get things done quickly - Be able to learn new skills - Be able to communicate in a professional manner. We prefer a native English speaker who can communicate in British English. - Be able to follow up and ask for clarification if the instructions are confusing Specific Skills: - Experience with adding articles, pages and advertising to Wordpress - Knows how to use Google Docs and Mail (We will set up a Google Apps account for you) - Basic Image manipulation skills to ensure the images suit the articles - Knows how to search for content on Google, Twitter, Feedburner etc - Knows how to write an article
