Convert Textbooks to pdf files

I purchase a textbook and mail it to the worker, I expect the worker to scan every page of the textbook onto the computer. The spine can be destroyed and the textbook can be taken apart.
I want the files...
1) in pdf files, not word documents
2) the text in the pdf files to be detected so that text can be copied from the pdf files into a word document.
3)the pages must be straightened and cropped so that there is no open white space surrounding the pages.
4) I want every chapter to be its own pdf file, rather than have one gigantic pdf file for the entire textbook.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the pdf files will only be used for personal use and not sold or distributed and all copy write laws will be followed
## Deliverables
I do not need the textbook mailed back to me after completion of the project. The textbook will not have more than 800 pages, so when bidding bid expecting an 800 page textbook. I do not know the measurements of the pages but I expect them to be no more than 8.5x11 inces
Payment for this can be done in fractions, I expect the worker to do one chapter and send it to me, so that I may verify that it is done correctly.

Some of you are confused as to what I am asking. I am mailing you a physical textbook, you then take that textbook and scan it using a computer scanner onto the computer. I want the scanned files in .pdf format, cropped, and the text detectable. I then want the result back, which should look like what I attached as a sample to this job.
