• Monitoring and analysis of up-to-date English teaching methods, approaches and techniques as well as appropriate academic literature • Development and implementation of on-line teaching programs, provision of the process with appropriate teaching materials • Staff recruitment and training • Handling of interviews with students (evaluation of their English level and giving recommendations) • Continuous monitoring of the teaching process, staff evaluation • Involvement in marketing and business development activities Job Offer: • Piece-work payment/Monthly salary - to be negotiated • Part-time job from the comfort of your home / Flexible schedule / Potential full-time involvement in the future • Trainings and seminars • Valuable experience in different business areas • Professional growth • Work in multi-national environment Skills & qualifications • University degree in English Studies//Teaching/ Linguistics • Teaching experience over 3 years • Advanced level of English, excellent pronunciation • Internationally recognized certificates (CELTA, TESOL or other) • Good knowledge of English teaching methods, approaches and techniques • Good knowledge of up-to-date academic literature and other teaching resources • Skills in building of effective teaching process, development and implementation of new teaching programs • Staff recruitment and training experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to set priorities and meet set goals, great leadership potential, system approach to problem solving and creativity • Past involvement in on-line teaching/learning projects as a plus • Excellent computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office, Moodle and other on-line teaching tools • Readiness for long-term employment
