Convert HTML back to ASPX code

Now, I have a old website, with 12 views in ASPX based on the same masterpage. The website has a second language, everything is just a clone except the texts.

I have a new design in 6 HTMLs and one CSS, that I need to "convert" to these back to ASPX views.

Basically, it is convert the current site in [url removed, login to view] for the layout in:
