Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working mainly for e-Learning solutions along with US -Staff Augmentation and Application Development
• Exploring and identifying the potential market verticals mapping and analyzing with InfoPro Learning service offerings to explore business opportunities therein
• Planning and assisting in lead generation through strategizing email campaigns with prospect research, preparation of document including details viz. training initiatives, training budget, types of training they have in their organization, LMS and LCMS they are using etc
• Developing marketing communication along the lines of the selling proposition, taking on established communications with prospects through emails /chat sessions and communicating with them over calls and thus generate new business opportunities therein
• Solution Mapping: Through client interaction over chat sessions/scheduled call and mapping the right set of service/solutions based on their specific needs, coordinating with the internal team to offer the optimal solution to the client in line with their requirements
• Providing pre- and post-sales support such as demo walkthroughs, making sales presentations, developing marketing collaterals and other such documents, working on RFI/RFP/RFQ and other documentation pertaining to service contracting
• Understanding and delving in Sales Force and Work
