Clean my House or Business

I need a regular cleaning service - initially weekly for the next few months when my wife returns home with our newborn, then moving to fortnightly a little later. We can be flexible with time slot, but a regular pattern would be appreciated. You can be a single cleaner or a team of two.

Previous cleaners have covered the job in 1 hour for 2 people, so the job will be paid on the basis of 2 hours' work per clean. This will include: passage (floorboards), sitting area (carpet), bathroom, dining / living area (floorboards), small kitchen, small laundry/toilet. You will be expected to bring your own cleaning products and not cause damage to surfaces cleaned (included due to a bad prior experience!).

Requirements:

- Professional domestic cleaning experience

- Recent police check

- Independently verifiable references

- You will need to be an efficient cleaner with strong attention to detail

We would love to build a trusted long term relationship with the right cleaner. This post is for the first job to see whether your approach is a good fit with what we're after - feel free to quote for the initial clean (trial) and indicate a different charge for ongoing work should we decide to go ahead with you.
