C++ distributed Requests app, api based

We have a user based websites with the following features: - a user can add multiple websites - a user can assign multiple tasks / requests ( http, https, soap, pop3, smtp, ftp, ping, imap, tcp, udp, sip, mysql) - a user can select multiple states from where the requests are made ( we have multiple servers around the globe) We want the following: - A c++ application that will be put on multiple servers - An API (C++) that will communicate with the C++ applications The C++ application will do the following: - it will make all the requests that are in the database from all user inputs - it will send the response to the API - it must support up to 5000 requests / 5 secs The C++ API will do the following: - it will coordinate the requests to the right C++ app based on the users location input - it will dissipate the requests so efficiency can be maintained (simply make one request from each location) - it will store all the responses in the database - if a negative status code is received, it will then put another C++ app from another country to double check, or maybe even a third. - if after the double check the server is still down, it uploads to a notification table the response. Other mentions: - The app must be generic. Meaning, if we raise a new server, we simply put the c++ app on the new server, set the ip or get it by itself, and then it will work fine and dandy.
