C# implementation of classes for incoming and sending messages

Hi, A/C to the specified requirements the project looks fairly simple and straight forward. I guess You will expose some services to the developer the developer would have to parse the message. Message format would be Json and xml (my best guess) which will be stored in some PDF table or some file. Same goes for replaying the message in reverse order.
