c# fix memory leak with ImageMagick Gif creation implementation.

Have a tool that creates videos and can also create gif's using ImageMagick. but seems to have a memory leak and be eating up resources which leads to out of memory errors.
Need hopefully a quick/simple fix.
The section of code that is causing the issue is attached. Can let you look at and fix via TeamViewer.
There will be more work for the successful coder.
