Trying to find a way to allow the following to change an exe name and icon ... So I have a software that rebrands using configs, and so on, but the exe is already created and comes with an icon (for the forms I can change this by loading through the config) ... but I can't get the installer to either 1. set the icon for the shortcuts to a different one, or 2. change the exe's icon

Hi, I have already done this.. its basically just editing the assembly resources. Im having ready solutions targeted towards .net framework 3.5 and .net framework 4.0. Even if your exe is targeted to .net framework 4.5, I can manage that aswell.
