Hamming Code (7,4) in C# to get modified

I got a Hamming Code implementation in C#, which is working. It just needs to get modified. I need to have the encoding and decoding part in seperate classes. In addition, I need to change the H-Matrix, which now is getting generated by the code, to a permanent Matrix for shorter running time.
