Create database application in c#

you have to create simple c# application in visual studio 2010 and create database as well with two tables name patient record and ptient medical-history i will attach screen shots of windows form so that you can understand what the fied.

task

simply you have to made one abstract class named class abstract datafactory in which you define 3 methods

method1-create connection

method2-create command

method3-abstract retrive

then simply inherit two classes from that class. thie name are MySqlProviderFactory and Accessproviderfactory

then you have two write testclasses for both mysqlproviderfactory and accessproviderfactory

in test classes you have to just mention connecton are made and command are executed. i attached all the sample class.
